Welcome to Hotel Boutique Five Queens!

Room Occupancy: Rooms are designed for double occupancy. Children under 12 can stay at no extra cost and will sleep with their parents as the hotel does not provide additional beds. Additional persons aged 12 and over will incur an extra charge of $900 MXN per person, per night, applicable only in the master room.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge of $900 MXN per exceeded hour.

No Smoking Policy: Rooms, lobbies, and hallways are smoke-free areas.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property. If a pet is brought in, a penalty of $1800.00 MXN will be applied.

Valuables: A safe is provided in the room; please deposit your valuables in it. The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of valuables. Ensure your safe is locked before leaving your room.

Massage Services: Massages must be requested at least 5 hours in advance. Schedule changes or cancellations must be notified 2 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, a 100% service penalty will be applied.

Baby Crib: If you need a baby crib, please request it in advance; otherwise, it will be provided based on hotel availability.

Damages and Losses: Any damage or loss caused by the guest to the hotel property must be covered according to the value established by the company.

San Lucas: 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Guest Amenities:

Terrace: 08:30 AM to 09:30 PM

In-room Massage: 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Concierge: 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Additional Cost Activities:

Massages: From $1,500 MXN to $2,300 MXN per treatment.

Transportation: Check prices at the lobby and allow 30 minutes for the car to arrive.
